Who these terms apply to

This website (the "Site") is operated by Stellian Pty Ltd ("Stellian", "we", "us"), an Australian company. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

What the Site is

The Site is a corporate and marketing website describing Stellian's services — building digital products, applying AI to business operations, and marketing strategy — and provides a way to get in touch with us. It is not itself a software product, and it does not process payments or provide a customer account area.

You may browse the Site and use the enquiry form for genuine, lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site, submit false or malicious information through the enquiry form, or use any part of the Site content in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights.

Intellectual property

The text, design, layout and branding of the Site are owned by Stellian Pty Ltd unless otherwise credited. Property Command, referenced on this Site as an example of our work, is a separate product built and operated by Stellian — not the Site you're on now. Its own terms of service govern use of that product.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including products we've built such as Property Command. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites once you leave this Site.

No guaranteed availability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and information on the Site (including examples of past work and outcomes) is provided for general informational purposes rather than as a guarantee of results for your own business. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Stellian is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
